Our casa on the sea is romantic and like a little piece of paradise.
Paamul is a turtle reserve and cannot be developed into a large resort. It is a very nice RV resort with a small, new hotel; restaurant on the sea; dive center; Volley Ball court and a church. All in a bay with a reef out front. Cozumel is 15 miles east of it. Really great snorkeling.
We lease our land which is a lot less bureaucratic than owning here in Mexico.
