Ideal relaxing holiday home in the pretty market town of Coja. The house is situated on the South facing bank of the River Alva with lovely views across the river and out to the mountains. The house has been well restored whilst retaining many of the original features.
There are 3 bedrooms one has an ensuite shower room and there is another bathroom. The large living area is comfortably furnished and has a door onto a balcony overlooking the river and across the surrounding countryside. The large kitchen/dinig area was once the wine cellar and the stone walls have been retained, there is a door out to the patio area where there is a BBQ and a small garden. Wooden dining furniture is provided for eating outside. There is off road parking for 1 car to the front of the house. All bed linen and towels are provided and the house is cleaned once a week.
The town of Coja has a good selection of restaurants, cafes, shops, banks, chemist and Post Office. There is a designated swimming area only 200ms from the house where it is perfectly safe to swim in the clear waters.
