this mobile is situated on the lower terrace is situated on the lower terrace underneath the swimming pool area and have wonderful views from the garden of the sierra cabrera mountains. the site is solely an english site and is residential or holiday home depending on how long you want to stay out in spain.
the 2 bedroom mobile home sits on a standard plot. the bathroom has a corner shower and is tiled. it has a separate kitchen and good size lounge area and a double and twin bedroom.
water is free and electricity is billed once a year along with the ground rent this averages appx 300 pounds a year depending on usage.
there is also a couple of additional costs for example insurance at 185 pounds per year
and 1 off costs of :-
fire extinguisher plus 10 year maintenance at 135 pounds, satellite hook up which gives you bbc1 and 2 itv 1 and 2 and channel 4 a 395 pounds one off charge.
the mobiles are made of aluminium and have a beige exterior with green strips - this is actually the best material to use here because of the fluctuations in weather.
i do have to mention though that you are not allowed pets on this area (there is an allocated pet area) and also that children are not allowed to be resident on the site-if you want the mobile as a holiday with children though this is not a problem.
the site itself has a great community and everyone makes new comers feel very welcome. the pool area is lovely with palm trees and the pool bar is open from 10:00 (11 in the winter) until 19:00 in the evening - a lovely place to sit and read a book or partake in a little wine or two. the club house opens from 19:00 hours until midnight and puts on the usual entertainment, pool competitions, darts matches, quiz night, karaoke and usually on a saturday night there is live entertainment. there is also a fishing lake.
there is also a shop on site stocking spanish and english food and soon to come is the new restaurant, bowling green, tennis courts, petanga courts and indoor swimming pool. there is a free shuttle service that runs into mojacar, garrucha and mojacar pueblo at allocated times and there is a taxi service on site for those evenings at the play when you don't want to drive. fancy something a little more spanish then you can walk into the traditional spanish village of turre in appx 15 minutes and just around the corner is los gallardos. in about 20 minutes drive time you can be in the large town of vera for everything you could possibly need and it's legendary saturday market. and then of course just 7 minutes away you are on the beaches on mojacar. an ideal location.
