El terreno se encuentra más o menos a 15 minutos de la Ciudad de Colón y el área industrial y Comercial de France Field, Coco Solo y Manzanillo, el cual consta con la Zona Libre de France Field, el área puerto de France Field, los puertos de Manzanillo International Terminal (MIT); Colon Port Terminal; Colon Container Terminal y los servicios del ferrocarril. Esta área tiene acceso directo a la Zona Libre de Colón y tiene acceso al mar, el cual se puede construir un puerto, o centro turístico.
